Phasing out of gender titling for surgeons

The CSSANZ endorses and supports the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons policy of phasing out gendered titles as a designation for surgeons, and we encourage our members to use the title ‘Dr’ to refer to surgeons in their private or personal practices.
