EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST OPEN
Expressions of interest are now open to attend the
Monash University Surgical Leadership Program, to be held in
Prato, Italy from 3–5 June 2026.
Designed specifically to meet the requirements and challenges of
surgical leaders, the program has been co-designed by the
Monash University Departments of Surgery, Monash Business School, and the
Monash University Museum of Art.
In addition to lectures and small-group activities, the course features an
immersive, art-led program including visits to local galleries and private
collections. These sessions invite participants to explore how art and
creativity can broaden and strengthen leadership capability, revealing new
ways to see, think, and respond in complex clinical and organisational environments.

information in the New Year.
